  Finding :lt lower lung elevate diaphragm, and post of heart not clear,
With triangular shape near lt side heart
               R/o posterior segment of LLL atelectasis.
             Lateral film
Finding :hyperdensity at posterior of segment of LLL(ดูจากตรงด้านล่างของ
Spine ที่ดูดำกว่าด้านบนน่าจะมี mass or atelectasis แต่มีvolume loss ด้วย
       
สรุปแล้วคิดว่าน่ามี atelectasis of posterior of lt lower lung
Cause of finding obstruction from chest wall ที่มากในคนอ้วน
