This fascinating CPC case is a 43-year-old woman with recent onset of DM and HT who presented with a 2-week course of progressive visual loss of right eye eventually resulting in blindness and total ophthalmoplegia & proptosis likely caused by invasive fungal infection of orbit and cavernous sinus. Upon physical examination, there were some unique features suggesting endocrinopathic disorder in accompanying with abnormalities in laboratory investigations both functional and anatomical results.
