Dear all students, residents, fellows, staffs, and others:
This fascinating CPC case is a 19-year-old female who presented with subacute behavioral change with visual hallucination, cough, and fever; following a significant weight loss in  a 3-month duration; in accompanying with abnormal lung signs, impaired recent memory, and positive frontal lobe signs; and relatively normal cranial MRI.
Every one is very much welcome to make comments and/or open the discussion krab!

สรุปว่ากระทู้แป้กมาหลายครั้งติดกันแล้ว สงสัยอาจารย์ชุษณาต้องขอ ipad เป็นรางวัลแล้ว เผื่อจะล่อใจได้ดีกว่าตำราอายุรศาสตร์ ;)
