Dear all students, residents, fellows, and others:
This fascinating CPC case is a 33-year-old woman who presented with ascending progression of numbness of both lower extremities and then both upper extremities for 5 days, following a 2-month course of bilateral calf pain, in accompanying with impaired propioceptive sensation below T6 levels and hyperesthesia below knees. She also had pancytopenia and diffuse enlargement of thyroid gland with abnormal thyroid function test.
I hope this CPC case is very easy for every one ::); just a demonstrated case :-[

The most significant clue is "this CPC case is very easy for every one ; just a demonstrated case".
But imagination of Aj Chusana  :-[ face is very hilarious. :D
