case 1: 64 years old male fever , arthralgia and  vision loss at right eye 5 days
Rotating resident : Puttipon
1st year Fellow : Pitak D.

case 2 : 56 years old male post kidney transplant develop diarrhea during admission 3 days 
Rotating resident : Norachai S.
1 st year Fellow : Orapin L.
