Dear students, residents, fellows, staffs, & others
This fascinating CPC case is a 58-year-old man who presented with progressive multiple CN palsies, Parkinsonism features, & cerebellar ataxia for 12 years. There were unique dynamic changes of serial EEGs & imagings.
