Dear students, residents, fellows, staffs, and others
This fascinating CPC case is a 29-year-old man with diabetes who presented with bloody mucous diarrhea, anemia, fever, and weight loss of 11 kg for 5 months. He did not improve with Rx with antibiotics, anti-TB, and immunomodulators for bacteria, TB, and Crohn's disease, respectively.
