Dear students, residents, fellows, staffs, and others
This fascinating CPC case is a 59-year-old man with HT and chronic asthma who presented with a 5-year course of characteristic skin lesions over both legs, hemorrhagic telangiectasia at esophagus and stomach, and anemia for 8 motnhs, in association with abnormal coagulogram, multiple lytic bone lesions, and chest CT.
