Dear all students, residents, fellows, staffs, & others
This fascinating CPC case is a 75-year-old man with DM, HT, & dyslipidemia who presented with fever, generalized papular rash & injected conjunctivae, & marked weight loss for 8 weeks.

I just would like to stimulate the discussion by first introduce an interesting article about urticarial vasculitis with hypocomplementemic cryoglobulinemia. (It might be or might not be the case). Enjoy!
