This fascinating CPC case is a 55-year-old man who presented with orogenital lesions (presumptively diagnosed as pemphigus vulgaris) and generalized lymphdenopathy 5 months PTA; progressive dyspnea with predominant airway>parenchymatous lung disease 1 month PTA; and significant weight loss during his present illness.
