Dear all students, residents, fellows, staffs, and others
This fascinating CPC case is a 53-year-old woman with diabetes and HT who presented with a 4-month course of neurogenic bladder, progressive paraparesis and numbness of lower limbs and saddle area following groups of vesicles at anal area, complicated with L. monocytogenes meningitis during the course, and pedal edema few weeks PTA, in accompanying with thrombocytopenia, hypoalbuminemia, abnormal CSF and spinal MRI. And during hospitalization, she developed fever, left hearing loss, and nonpruritic telangiectasia over trunk and face.

Aj Chaipat has made an excellent discussion with correct diagnosis of intravascular lymphoma based on an evidence of generalized vascular leakage syndrome of multiple sites principally at cauda equinae (chronic intermittent cauda equine syndrome), GI tract (protein losing enteropathy), rapidly progressive generalized cutaneous telangiectasia, and osmotic myelinolysis at central pons (trident-shaped lesion at central pons). Aj Rong, VDO of this CPC is gonna be coming soon at this website.
There are tons on audience, and the atmosphere during Aj Chaipat's discussion is very enthusiastic ::)
