This fascinating CPC case is a 24-year-old man who presented with a 2-week course of ascending fashion of symmetrical numbness of lower and upper limbs and ataxia, in accompanying with impairment of pin prick and propioceptive sensations and some cerebellar functions on physical examination, and abnormal cranial MRI findings.
