This fascinating CPC case is a 33-year-old woman who presented with bone & tendon pain at both legs for 2 years, bilateral leg edema for 1.5 years, rash & progressive dyspnea with pericardial effusion & ascites for 1 year, & significant weight loss during this present illness; not responsive to pericardiectomy with pleuropericardial window & anti-TB treatment.
