case 1: 37 years old male, HIV infection diarrhea for 2 weeks Elective resident : Pernpish A. 1st year Fellow : Pitak D.

case 2 :28 years old female, postpartum with fetus death in utero 1 month present with subacute fever with headache for 5 days Rotating resident : Norachai S. 1 st year Fellow : Ratima I.
