This fascinating CPC case is a 53-year-old woman with diabetes and HT who presented with a 4-month course of neurogenic bladder, progressive paraparesis and numbness of lower limbs and saddle area following groups of vesicles at anal area, complicated with L. monocytogenes meningitis during the course, and pedal edema few weeks PTA, in accompanying with thrombocytopenia, hypoalbuminemia, abnormal CSF and spinal MRI. And during hospitalization, she developed fever, left hearing loss, and nonpruritic telangiectasia over trunk and face.
