interdepartment conference 4/2/53
case ผู้ป่วยหญิงอายุ 51 ปี underlying Antiphospholipid syndrome on warfarin มาด้วย Intracerebral hemorrhage

How to manage this patient? ;)

pointที่จะdiscuss ในcaseนี้
1.ICH ในขณะที่คนไข้ on warfarin อยู่  INR prolong  managementควรจะทำอย่างไร
2.ผู้ป่วยเป็น antiphospholipid syndrome หลังจากหยุด warfarin แล้วเกิด thromboembolismอีกจะทำอย่างไร

ลองคิดเตรียมคำตอบกันก่อนนะค่ะ  แล้วไปพบคำตอบของอาจารย์ทั้งทางhematoและอาจารย์ neuroSxวันพฤหัสนี้ในinterdepartment conference   
 เชิญชวนให้เข้ากันเยอะๆนะค่ะ case อย่างนี้ในชีวิตresident(ในจุฬา)คงต้องเจอทุกคน(นัทเองอยู่ER หรือ ICU2 โดนประจำ เจอทีโทรหาhematoที :'-->กลัวเจ้จีราวัฒน์กับพ.จั้ม ตามมาถึงตัว) จะได้มีแนวทางที่ถูกต้องในการmanageค่ะ

อ้อ คุณ nutte กรุณาให้ chief CPC มาเฉลย case ด้วยนะทำไปแล้วไม่ใช่เหรอ
