Interesting case on Oct 3,2012

Case 1: A Thai 30 yr old male presented with constitutional symptoms and generalize papules at trunk and all extremities for 3 months PTA.

Case 2: A Thai 65 yr old female presented with fever with chill and lower back pain for 5 days PTA.
