This fascinating CPC case is a 54-year-old man with preexisting HT and probable crystal0induced arthropathy who presented with characteristic symptoms of cold-induced painful toes & urticaria-like skin lesions for 5 months, nephritonephrotic syndrome for 3 months partially responsive to immunosuppressive treatment, and probable HCAP with left pleural effusion and neutropenia for 2 weeks.
