Dear students, residents, fellows, staffs, and others
This fascinating CPC case is a 66-year-old man who presented with chronic progressive numbness and weakness of all 4 extremities for 5 years, transient loss of consciousness in accompanying with orthostatic hypotension for 7 months, pedal edema for 3 months, in accompanying with abnormal echocardiogram and cardiac MRI.
Ever one is very much welcome to make comments and/or give the correct answer with explanation ;D
