This fascinating CPC case is a 59-year-old man who presented with progressive neurodeficits including sensations both pin prick and propioceptive sensations and areflexic weakness of all 4 extremities for 2 years, in association with restrictive cardiomyopathy, pleural effusion, and generalized lymphadenopathy.
