This fascinating CPC case is a 78-year-old woman who was previously diagnosed toxic multinodular goiter due to a 1-month course of thyroid gland enlargement, palpitation, & weight loss 8 months PTA. At this admission, he presented with fever, right infected plantar wound, and dry cough in accompanying with hypoglycemia, pancytopenia, and right lower lobe alveolar infiltrate.
