case 1: 27 years old female, fever with subacute headache for 3 weeks
Rotating resident : Tanchanok T.
1st year Fellow : Pannawadee U.

case 2 :70 years old male, status bed ridden present with recurrent fever for 4 days
Rotating resident : Tanchanok T.
1 st year Fellow : Pitak D.
