This fascinating CPC case is a 53-year-old man who presented with a 2-month course of intermittent fever, generalized myalgia, cervical lymphadenopathy, progressive splenomegaly, in accompanying with pancytopenia predominantly leukopenia. He had preexisting inactive chronic HCV infection in association with unilateral nevoid telangiectasia at his left chest wall.
