This fascinating CPC case is a 24-year-old woman who presented with abdominal pain unresponsive to appendectomy for 7 months, fever with right homonymous hemianopia/transient hemianesthesia & headache for 3 months, paraparesis, numbness at lower limbs & saddle area for 2 months, in accompanying with abnormal CSF cytospin (treated with intrathecal methotrexate) and striking imagings both of the brain and abdomen.
