This fascinating CPC case is a 39-year-old monk who presented with a 26-month course of fever, bilateral pleural effusion, ascites, anemia, and significant weight loss, in accompanying with thickened pericardium and biopsied momentum/peritoneum exhibiting lymphocytes, foamy histiocytes, neutrophils, and fibroblasts infiltration.
